Hey guys, hope you all had a lovely Mother’s Day! I definitely had one– brainstormed with a friend (who actually modeled for me above!) in the morning, and hung out with my own mum in the afternoon, which we spent looking around on an open studio tour. Bought some lovely little bowls too.

Anywho, I’ll be heading off to England(!) on Tuesday for two weeks– for a family wedding, nothing too exciting, though I’ll be in lovely Oxford, which I’m very excited about. Nonetheless, I’ve lined up some posts for the next couple of weeks. Enjoy the (hopefully) weather wherever you are; England’s set to be cold and drizzly, so I won’t be! ;)

Also, it’s been a while, but hopefully I’ll be getting some new stuff up here, as school is finally (and sadly) done!

SO FREAKING EXCITED, GUYS!

This, I’m pleased to say, is thePaper Roots Comic Anthology. We’ve been working on it all year, and it’s literally just steps away from being done. I’ve just ordered the proof copy, and if everything goes well, then they’ll be ready to order.

I am so, so proud of everyone who was involved. Man, was it a lot of work, but I am so excited to be able to hold this baby in my hands!

Homework again! I’m really enjoying it, but am really nervous for some reason…they haven’t actually give us any formal training on graphic design, so I’m on my own. Trying not to be too wordy, but I think I’m ending up that way anyways.

It’s about the effect of bicycles on the role of women in society. Pretty cool stuff!
